Pre-Orders
Some of our products are offered on a pre-order basis. This means that items may not be immediately in stock and may be produced after your order is placed.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund by contacting us at support@stillher.co.uk.
Once production is complete and your item is ready, orders will be processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Pre-orders: Can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund
